How to use Life Rewards
Your homepage is a hub of information - everything starts here!
We’ve hidden your salary information to protect your privacy. So, when you’re happy to display it - simply click on the values slider and the figures in your Total Reward Statement will appear.
The question mark icon takes you to our FAQ section. It contains loads of information and guidance on how to select your benefits, plus useful overviews of topics like Salary Exchange.
The shopping cart icon lets you know if any further action is needed to complete your selections. You can click here, or the ‘Checkout’ button on the benefits selection page to submit your choices.
Our alarm icon lets you know if you have any notifications. If you’ve forgotten to complete a task while selecting a benefit, or need a quick reminder of how many days are left until your selection window closes, this is the place to look.
The profile icon is a quick way to check your account details, dependants’ information, any agreements you’ve made (such as Salary Exchange) and request a Life Event change.
